TEK systems is hiring an Office Admin to work with a leading manufacturing company in Richmond, VA!
Must be open to working onsite Monday - Friday
Hours : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm
Pay : $17 / hr
Description :
Provides administrative secretarial support for the division. May provide backup support for other Administrative Assistants.
o Travel support and expense management / submission (Network Office visits,
o Calendaring
o Proactively clear conflicts and reschedule cancellations / declines
o Schedule necessary meetings as requested by leadership
o Schedule Zoom and in-room bookings for all meetings as a best practice
o Coordinate annual meeting scheduling efforts
o Meet with leadership every week to discuss priorities, calendaring conflicts needing input, special projects, etc.
Qualifications :
Office admin experience
Proficient with Microsoft products
